Parking

There are parking spaces for blue badge holders in the library car park. It is possible to drop people off at the bottom of Tower Street which is closed to traffic. Please call the box office to arrange - 01962 840440

Lift Access

There is a lift to all levels.

Wheelchair Spaces

We can accommodate up to 7 wheelchairs in the stalls. The demands of our licence mean that wheelchair users have to be accompanied during a performance. If you wish to bring a friend along, their ticket will be available at a 50% discount.

Further wheelchair spaces may be available for larger groups for some performances. Please ring the Box Office to discuss your requirements. We will do our utmost to help with any requests.

Toilet Facilities

Disabled facilities are available on the ground floor.

Assistance Dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome in all areas of the building. Please talk to Box Office staff about any special requirements when booking. No other animals are permitted beyond the entrance foyer.

Hearing Impaired

Infra-red hearing enhancement is available in the auditorium, to improve the quality of sound for those with a T-switch on their hearing aid.
